Standards for Packages

- Being in the zone marked for exit and return, as agreed with the agency. Tolerance of 10 min for output, without the right to return or exchange for another service.
- Tickets for Cataratas Brasileiras, Cataratas Argentinas and Itaipu Binational can only be purchased on the spot. Therefore, the only available transport.  
- To cross the Aduana Argentina is mandatory to be porting Identity Document (RG) or Passport. There are accepted photocopies of certificates of birth and professional identity (CRM, OAB, CREA, etc.).
- Children under 18 are the Aduana Argentina only with permission of the parents. And even in the presence of one of them, authorisation is required certified in office of what is missing.  
- If a tour is cancelled by reason of force majeure by the attraction, we are not responsible for damage, as well as generated by delays, which impact on other activities of a customer. If there, the values are returns without cost.
