With 81 luxury apartments, acclimated 24 hours reception desk and restaurant, bilingual receptionists (English / Spanish), business center and parking lot.
In our hotel we care about every guest, including those Persons with Special Needs. To serve them counting on an apartment (Super-Luxury) adapted to them. The entrance to the hotel, and the lift and even in the health of the reception hall are adapted according to the standards.And yet in order to constant improvements are now going through the process of implementation of ISO9001.

- Reserve without advancing (with arrival foreseen before 18:00)
- Conversion of daily for credit changing for daily future
- Guarantee of tariff of low season in high season (If the customer stayed with us for less than 3 months)

Standards of the Hotel
- Taxes and Parking Lot included - 1 Children up to 6 years doesn t pay if in the same room with parents. 2 Children up to 6 years pay as 1 person. - Check-in: 12:00 – Check-out: 11:00 - No animals accepted - Additional Coffee-Break: R$ 10,00 - Reservation Confirmation: In order to confirm the reservation the hotel charges one day in advance in order to have the room available for your arrival at any time. Just send the credit card information to our personnel - The apartment photos may be different from the apartment you will receive - Cancellation Policy: 72 hours before check-in – 15% will be applied for administrative costs
Standards for Packages
- Being in the zone marked for exit and return, as agreed with the agency. Tolerance of 10 min for output, without the right to return or exchange for another service. - Tickets for Cataratas Brasileiras, Cataratas Argentinas and Itaipu Binational can only be purchased on the spot. Therefore, the only available transport. - To cross the Aduana Argentina is mandatory to be porting Identity Document (RG) or Passport.
